Job Description

As a Sponsorship Sales Head, you will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages for events, building strong partnerships with brands, and facilitating meaningful connections with our audience. Your role will be crucial in revenue generation, requiring confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with the events audience and mission. - Negotiation & Contracts: Lead all negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure clear deliverables and expectations. - Outreach & Pitching: Initiate contact, deliver tailored sales pitches, and build relationships with brand decision-makers. - Proposal Development: Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting ROI and brand exposure opportunities. - Partnership Development: Develop sponsorship packages and proposals showcasing value and engagement opportunities. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, programming, and operations teams for flawless sponsor activations. - Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with sponsors, providing updates and post-event reporting. - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Performance Tracking: Measure and report sponsorship success metrics, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled. Requirements: - 7-10 years experience in sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, business development, or related fields. - Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue goals. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Highly motivated, organized, and proactive. - Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Nice To Have: - Existing contacts in relevant industries or with brand managers. - Experience with CRM tools. - Background in events, conferences, or experiential marketing.
