Head - Sales Strategy Planning & Program Management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales and margin targets.
• Manage the complete end-to-end RFQ process, including cost estimation, quotation preparation, and timely submission.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, Finance and production teams for accurate and competitive RFQ responses.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and long-term business.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and contract finalization.
• Drive overall sales and revenue growth for the EMS / ISP business in line with organizational goals
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and order intake to ensure consistent revenue flow and maximize utilization of our capacity.
• Provide inputs for pricing strategy, cost optimization, and value-added service offerings.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance technical understanding and customer management skills.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, RFQs, and customer data.
• Prepare & Present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans, and other adhoc reports required for senior management.
• Manage critical programs throughout the sales accounts on the ISP business side.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, proposal accuracy, and customer engagement practices and SOP system creation
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15–25 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management (B2B / Industrial preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
