Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven Sales Manager to grow business by developing new opportunities, maximizing sales and effectively representing our innovative modular display systems. This role balances strategic planning, client relationship building, and hands-on execution in a dynamic, B2B environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Lead Generation:

  • Actively prospect new clients via cold calls, account targeting, events, and social media .
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Manage the complete sales process—from presentations to post-sale support .
  • Engage with architects, event planners, brand managers, and booth builders.
  • Product Expertise & Marketing Support:

  • Showcase products at tradeshows, client visits, and deliver product demos
  • Provide market insights to boost product positioning.
  • Collaboration & Team Coordination:

  • Liaise with technical, design, logistics, and marketing teams to align project execution.
  • Submit regular reporting on sales performance and market trends


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales revenue vs. targets (monthly/quarterly)
  • New client acquisition
  • Sales pipeline value and conversion rates
  • Client satisfaction & repeat orders
  • CRM accuracy and forecast reliability


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 10-15 years of B2B or technical sales experience, preferably in modular systems, exhibitions, or interior solutions
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Technical aptitude to discuss modular display systems
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel (up to ~40%)
