Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in domestic and export markets. Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and distributors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and large-volume buyers. Oversee pricing strategies, negotiation, and contract finalization. Monitor sales performance through reports and take corrective actions as needed. Marketing & Brand Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to promote marble products and finishes. Develop promotional materials, catalogues, product videos, and showroom content. Lead product positioning and oversee competitor analysis and market research. Team Management Lead and manage a team of sales executives, telecallers, showroom staff, and marketing professionals. Set goals, review performance, and provide training and mentorship. Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused work environment. Client & Project Management Handle key client accounts and high-value projects. Coordinate with production, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the marble, tiles, granite, or construction materials industry. Proven track record in project sales, B2B marketing, and team leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and digital marketing tools. Show more Show less
