Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company sales targets. Identify new market opportunities in real estate, architecture, interior design, and construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, and distributors. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients. Collaborate with production, logistics, and design teams to ensure client requirements are met. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and industry trends.
