Drive retention strategy across channels, enhance end-to-end customer journeys, analyze cohorts and CX metrics, improve repeat purchase and LTV, partner with marketing, product and ops, track NPS, CSAT and churn, and build a high-performing CX team.

Required Candidate profile

6+ years in retention, CX or growth roles with strong analytical skills. Experience in customer engagement and lifecycle management, ability to convert insights into action. Food tech is preferred.
