General Management & Administration

Coach, train and supervise the procurement team
Conduct personal development and coaching
Executive Meetings - Attend and present at the meeting
Non-Executive Meetings - Attend and present at the meeting
Manage performance review cycle
Plan and manage procurement projects

Sourcing and Procurement

Develop a country procurement strategy
Develop and maintain local procurement policies & SOPs
Implementation and management of Group procurement policy and standards (PIMS)
Manage quality certification requirements (e.g., ISO 9000)
Manage savings target and track savings
Manage suppliers
Supplier vetting and screening
Supplier relationship management (ongoing)
Review and manage supplier master data
Develop logistics strategy
Prepare and implement a sourcing plan for various categories
Prepare and initiate a recommendation to award
Manage CAPEX approvals
Purchase Order approvals
Inventory Management

Contract Management

Execute and commercially manage supplier contracts
