strategic logistics partnerships

You will be responsible for:

• Running daily hub and fulfilment operations.
• Building and managing partnerships with couriers, freight forwarders, and multimodal logistics providers.
• Architecting and optimising a 3-tier international logistics network:

• First Mile

  : Seller pickups to Hyper hub

• Mid Mile

  : Export lane movement via air/sea freight

• Last Mile

  : Final delivery in destination country via global couriers

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfilment Operations

  : Manage inbound receipt, inventory, picking/packing, labeling, and outbound dispatches.

• Partnerships & Network Development

  : Build and negotiate relationships with global couriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) and freight forwarders for competitive rates, service levels, and capacity.

• Dispatch & Customs Coordination

  : Oversee documentation, customs compliance, and handovers to courier/freight partners.

• Performance & Cost Optimisation

  : Monitor SLAs, turnaround times, throughput, and cost per shipment while driving process efficiencies.

• Tech & Process Collaboration

  : Work with product/tech teams on WMS/OMS integrations, courier syncs, and visibility systems.

• Reporting & Leadership

  : Maintain dashboards for partner performance and hub metrics; lead and manage ground operations teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment, cross-border logistics, or freight/courier partnerships.
• Strong understanding of air freight, courier networks, and multimodal logistics flows.
• Proven ability to build and manage multi-leg logistics networks (first–mid–last mile).
• Deep knowledge of export documentation, customs, and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of managing carrier/freight partnerships and negotiating commercials.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS platforms and courier tech integrations.
• Prior exposure to startup or high-growth logistics environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
