What are we looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in drone design, development, and assembly
• Oversee production, QA/QC, and ensure compliance with industry standards (FAA, CE, etc.)
• Drive R&D for drone performance, autonomy, and Dronr integration
• Manage vendor relations, supply chain, and cost optimization
• Mentor technical teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies that support advanced drone capabilities.
• Optimize processes for cost-efficiency, production speed, and quality assurance.
• Manage prototyping, testing, and iterative design processes for new drone models and accessories.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on product strategy, roadmap planning, and market positioning.
• Set performance standards, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Required Skill:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Robotics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within drone assembly, consumer electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with UAV platforms (quadcopter, fixed-wing, VTOL), flight control systems, Drone integration, and embedded systems.
• Solid understanding of electronics design, PCB layout, RF systems, and firmware.
• Proven track record in managing full product life cycles — from ideation to production and deployment.
• Experience with assembly line automation, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
