Objectives
The Head of Wellness/ Telehealth will drive the commercial growth and global expansion of our wellness and Telehealth services. This is a leadership role focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and market development, while ensuring operational excellence and scalability of service delivery.
We are looking for a business leader with international experience—ideally with exposure to maritime or industrial sectors—who can unlock new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position our Wellness & Telehealth offering as a trusted, client-centric solution worldwide.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business development
- Own and drive the commercial strategy for Wellness & Telehealth services with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
- Develop aggressive go-to-market plans and identify high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
- Leverage deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
2. Client Relations & Commercial Partnerships
- Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
- Represent CircleDV in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
- Negotiate and finalize large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
3. Digital Commercial Growth
- Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across CircleDV’s Telehealth and digital wellness platforms.
- Work with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
- Leverage analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
- Explore and expand eCommerce or self-serve revenue channels as an additional sales stream.
4. Digital Optimization & Platform Expansion
- Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
- Use sales analytics to continuously improve conversion strategy, targeting, and territory management.
5. Commercial Proposals & Sales Enablement
- Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Drive executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI, strategic value, and implementation plans.
- Ensure proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with CircleDV’s operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
- Present regularly to internal leadership on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
7. Cross-Team Alignment & Execution
- Work across product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure sales commitments translate into smooth delivery and client retention.
- Serve as the commercial voice in internal planning—ensuring client needs, feedback, and growth priorities are reflected in service evolution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
8. Innovation & Continuous Growth
- Proactively refine sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bring a founder’s mindset—experiment quickly, improve processes, and maintain speed while scaling.
- Continuously scan for global innovations in mental wellness, digital care, and workforce wellbeing to keep CircleDV ahead of the curve.
- Lead the wellness team toward commercial maturity—balancing mission with market-fit and margin growth.
Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following fields:
Economics
, Finance
, Marketing or Business Administration
Healthcare Management
or other medical-related disciplines
- Minimum10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime or service-based industries
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership
- Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes
- Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services
