Influencers can use their custom chatbot to respond to messages, manage interactions, and generate revenue through exclusive, paid content and conversations.


About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Head who specializes in influencer and creator marketing recruitment. You’ll play a key role in building our influencer marketing division by sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent — from influencer managers and campaign strategists to brand partnership executives.

This role blends HR expertise with an understanding of the creator economy, social media trends, and influencer marketing workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for influencer marketing and creator management roles.
  • Identify and onboard talented influencer managers, brand partnership leads, and campaign executives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across marketing, creator management, and brand operations.
  • Partner with the influencer marketing team to understand campaign structures and required skill sets.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and quick integration.
  • Build relationships with agencies, freelancers, and creators to strengthen the company’s talent network.
  • Use LinkedIn, creator databases, and industry communities to scout emerging talent.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment — ideally within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media.
  • Strong understanding of influencer and brand collaboration dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proven experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience hiring influencer managers, campaign leads, or brand partnership executives.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, creator trends, and influencer databases (e.g., Collabstr, Upfluence, Aspire, etc.).
  • A proactive, people-centric mindset with strong organizational skills.
