Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, providing insight-driven hiring strategies and workforce planning support.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key technical roles, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Use data and market insights to guide decision-making and improve hiring efficiency.
• Drive strategic recruiting projects and initiatives to strengthen systems, processes, and employer branding.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all hiring activities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of recruitment experience, including team leadership and technical hiring expertise.
• Passion for innovation, engineering talent, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
• Proven ability to build and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated success using data to improve performance and outcomes.
