Head of SAP India
As the Head of SAP India, you will provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and thought leadership while ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across our SAP portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and manage the SAP India unit (~350 professionals), the largest SAP delivery center for Vivicta.
- Act as a key member of the
Global SAP Leadership Team
, contributing to the strategic direction of our 350M digital consulting business. - Collaborate with Nordic SAP go-to-market teams to align India operations with global growth and delivery strategy.
Delivery & Operations:
- Own resource planning, competence development, and operational cost management for the SAP team in India.
- Ensure delivery excellence for SAP services across the customer lifecycle - from presales to implementation and support.
- Support the development and deployment of accelerators and next-gen SAP solutions, especially in S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform
Customer Engagement & Presales:
- Serve as a senior SAP spokesperson during client visits and presales discussions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive customer-facing solutioning and co-innovation.
Talent & Capability Building:
- Execute long-term competence development and upskilling plans for the SAP team.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Thought Leadership:
- Represent Vivicta as a SAP visionary and subject matter expert within and outside the organization.
- Act as the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for SAP thought leadership initiatives from Pune.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, presales, or solutioning roles with at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive strategic outcomes.
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies, especially S/4HANA, and emerging SAP trends.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at CXO levels.
- Experience in working within a global delivery model and cross-cultural environments
