As the Head of Sales at Subhag HealthTech Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in driving sales and revenue growth for the flagship infertility product, AndroWash, a trusted solution for male fertility management. You will be based in Raipur, West Bengal, and will play a strategic role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales and revenue growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Lead and mentor a team of field executives in Kolkata and nearby regions. - Identify and convert institutional clients such as hospitals, fertility clinics, and diagnostic labs. - Foster strong relationships with gynecologists and fertility specialists to ensure repeat business. - Plan, negotiate, and close high-value institutional deals effectively. - Monitor sales performance, pipeline metrics, and competitor insights to optimize strategies. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align growth efforts. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales. - Demonstrated success in institutional sales closures and achieving recurring revenue goals. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Previous experience in B2B sales and key account management is preferred. - Ability to efficiently execute both strategic planning and field operations. - Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
