Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the dealership's sales targets and objectives, with a primary focus of 80% on sales and 20% on operations. Your role will involve driving sales revenue and activity in multiple market/product segments or regions, consistently delivering profitable growth in all Lines of Business (LOBs) and Segments, and working closely with the salesforce to provide customers with valued solutions aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business leaders through regular face-to-face visits is a crucial aspect of your job. You will also supervise, coach, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure they meet sales goals and objectives, review the sales pipeline proactively, and ensure timely closure of deals to meet AOP targets. In addition, you will be responsible for setting and managing budgets for the sales and marketing departments, designing AOPs for the team, coordinating with the Business Development team for successful new product launches, and planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate excitement and demand for new products. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities is essential. You will oversee inventory levels, ensuring an adequate stock of products and spare parts to meet customer demand within specified Min Max levels. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed balanced scorecard targets for the organization and take necessary actions for improvement. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA, with prior experience in sales and marketing of industrial products. Your experience and expertise in industrial products sales and marketing will be instrumental in driving the success of the dealership and achieving growth against the Annual Operating Plan.,
