Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for plot sales, including market analysis, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and fostering a high-achievement culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to expand distribution networks and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards in plot transactions.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and negotiations, promoting our plot offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Travel extensively (up to 50% of time) to project sites, partner offices, and client locations to support sales initiatives and team activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a specific focus on plot sales and land development projects.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading sales teams of 10+ members, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and industry contacts in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within India.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and sales analytics software.
