The Big Picture:

Sales Head – North America


What you can expect as a Sales Head at Illumine-i?


Revenue & Business Development

  • You'll own annual and quarterly revenue targets for North America.
  • You'll drive new business acquisition while expanding existing accounts.
  • You'll build senior-level relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and strategic partners.

Sales Operations & Leadership

  • You'll manage sales operations, reporting, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • You'll lead, mentor, and scale the sales team aligned to North America.
  • You'll develop and enforce structured sales processes and KPIs.

Pipeline Generation & Market Development

  • You'll build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • You'll identify and target key opportunities in Solar, BESS, and EV infrastructure.
  • You'll attend industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and lead flow.

Client Engagement & Negotiation

  • You'll lead high-value negotiations and close strategic contracts.
  • You'll ensure exceptional customer experience through alignment with engineering teams.
  • You'll position Illumine-i as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • You'll collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation for lead campaigns.
  • You'll work with Delivery/Engineering to align solutions with client requirements.
  • You'll provide market insights to leadership for strategy refinement.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and Master's in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience progressive sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Experience in

    renewable energy, engineering services, or CleanTech markets is an advantage

    .
  • Strong business development and deal-closing skills.
  • Familiarity with the North American energy market landscape is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events.
