Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Delhi, India. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal departments to align sales strategies with business goals. Regular reporting and analysis of sales performance will also be critical.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Experience in Team Management with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess sales data, market trends, and leverage insights for strategic planning.
Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and understanding of industry-specific sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
