Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Head who can plan and drive sales growth for our CA Consulting services.
The person will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (Startups, SMEs, Corporates)
  • Conduct meetings (online/offline) to understand client needs
  • Explain our services and pricing clearly
  • Prepare proposals and follow up regularly
  • Close deals and bring new business
  • Maintain lead data and reporting in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Build simple sales processes for consistent growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and follow-ups
  • Should be target and result oriented

Salary

  • Fixed is 20-25% of overall CTC
  • variable / Incentive - 5 to 20% of Business generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
