Job Description

We are a newly launched academy in Karunagappally, committed to delivering high-quality education and skill development programs. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our academic sales operations and drive admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive academic sales with innovative strategies and a results-driven approach.

Manage day-to-day sales operations.

Plan and execute offline events to promote programs.

Meet and counsel students and parents in person.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in academic sales with a strong track record.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong target orientation and problem-solving ability.

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
