Job Title:

Corporate & MICE Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate & MICE Sales Head who can drive corporate tie-ups and generate business for Corporate Travel, MICE, and Group Bookings. The ideal candidate should have an existing corporate client base and the ability to onboard new corporate accounts while consistently delivering revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage corporate tie-ups for business travel, MICE, and group bookings.
  • Bring existing corporate clients and generate immediate business.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for MICE events, conferences, incentives, and group travel.
  • Handle end-to-end corporate sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, negotiations, closures, and account management.
  • Generate group bookings for domestic and international travel.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Travel Desk).
  • Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Corporate Travel Sales / MICE Sales.
  • Strong existing corporate client network is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Good understanding of corporate travel, MICE operations, and group movements.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–20 years in Corporate Travel / MICE Sales (preferably with a travel company).

Location:

  • Open / As per company requirement

Compensation:

  • Attractive fixed salary + high incentives / commission (based on performance)
