Role Overview

We’re looking for someone with a “dhanda mindset” — someone who doesn’t just run processes but thinks like a business owner. You’ll bring a clear P&L mindset, connecting the dots between customer experience, cost, margin, and timelines. This role sits at the heart of the business — where execution meets accountability.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient flow from lead to order to delivery, while keeping an eye on profitability, system discipline, and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales ops lifecycle: lead handover, order booking, personalization coordination, production follow-ups, and final delivery.
  • Track and manage payments, margins, invoice timelines, and order-level profitability.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, sales dashboards, and internal order trackers with accuracy and speed.
  • Coordinate across studio teams, order management, vendors, and finance — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Flag operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure smooth post-sales handovers: documentation, gifting, review collection, and repair/service coordination.
  • Share sharp insights: missed conversions, delayed payments, pricing issues, or margin slippages.

Experience & Skills
  • 2–4 years in sales operations, business support, or backend execution roles
  • Prior experience in high-ticket retail, made-to-order brands, or D2C is a plus
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting
  • Clear understanding of business logic — from lead cost to gross margin
  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fields (MBA/PG preferred)
