Key Responsibilities

Strategic PR & Communication

• Build and execute the overall PR and communications strategy for Cloutflow.
• Create narratives that strengthen Cloutflow’s leadership positioning in the influencer marketing industry.
• Ensure consistent messaging across press releases, interviews, industry reports, and communications.

Media Relations & Outreach

• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and industry publications.
• Drive coverage in top-tier media outlets, positioning Cloutflow as a thought leader.
• Manage proactive and reactive media communications.

Thought Leadership & Visibility

• Identify speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and industry events for leadership representation.
• Drive publication of opinion pieces, case studies, and reports that highlight Cloutflow’s expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft impactful communication materials.

Crisis Communication & Reputation Management

• Develop and implement crisis management protocols.
• Protect and enhance Cloutflow’s reputation during sensitive or high-risk scenarios.
• Act as the spokesperson for the company when required.

Internal & External Communication

• Ensure smooth and transparent internal communication across teams.
• Support HR and leadership in building strong employer branding through PR initiatives.
• Drive external communication that builds trust with clients, creators, and partners.
