PRYM Aerospace designs and manufactures the Arjuna family of DGCA-certified drones, powering India’s next revolution in agriculture and enterprise drone services.

We are looking for a Product/Production & Quality Head who can own the entire lifecycle of the Arjuna drone, from manufacturing and firmware updates to supply chain, after-sales, and crash analysis.

What You’ll Own

• Production & Supply Chain

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing of Arjuna drones: assembly, component sourcing, inventory, and vendor management.

• Set up scalable production processes and ensure timely delivery.

• Quality & Compliance

• Build and enforce strict QC protocols for every drone unit (hardware, firmware, flight performance).

• Oversee future DGCA certification requirements and testing documentation.

• Product Engineering

• Execute firmware updates, configure and install flight controllers, and troubleshoot hardware–software integrations.

• Investigate crash incidents, run root-cause analyses, and deliver corrective actions to the R&D team.

• Aftersales & Customer Support

• Create and manage service protocols, spare-part logistics, and rapid-response solutions for franchisees and enterprise clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: 5–10 years of experience in drone/UAV manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, or related hardware production (agritech equipment or aviation a plus).

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of flight controllers, firmware flashing and configuration, telemetry, and propulsion systems.

• Hands-on troubleshooting of electronics, crash diagnostics, and repair methodologies.

• Leadership: Proven ability to set up production lines, manage supply chains, and lead cross-functional teams.

• Mindset: Detail-oriented problem solver with a founder’s mentality, ready to work on the shop floor one day and present to leadership the next.

Nice to Have

• DGCA/UAV certification or prior experience with DGCA compliance.

• Knowledge of battery assembly, carbon-fiber molding, or autonomous flight testing.

Location

• Jalna, Maharashtra with frequent travel to vendors and test sites.
