Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Production Manager (Head of Production) to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of all our products (IoT devices, automotive safety products, reflective tapes, CCTV systems, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and optimizing production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the entire production team across multiple product lines. • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales/forecast. • Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Purchase teams. • Ensure compliance with AIS, STQC, BIS, Automotive & Safety Standards. • Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to reduce costs. • Implement Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S practices for efficiency. • Monitor KPIs (output, wastage, downtime, rejection rates). • Ensure safety, discipline, and SOP adherence on the shop floor. • Report production performance to senior management. • Drive automation and technology adoption in manufacturing. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. • Preferred: MBA in Operations / Production. • 8–12 years of proven experience in electronics/automotive/IoT product manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and QC processes. • Hands-on with ERP systems and production management tools. • Familiar with ISO/TS, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ⸻ Skills Required • Leadership & Team Management • Process Optimization & Lean Manufacturing • Vendor & Supplier Coordination • Strong Knowledge of Electronics/Automotive Components • Quality & Compliance Management • Strategic Planning & Execution
