Head of Production

As we scale to meet growing customer demand, we are strengthening our leadership team with an experienced Head of Production who can take charge of end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Role Overview:

The Head of Production will be responsible for leading and optimizing all manufacturing functions, ensuring high-quality output, timely deliveries, and cost-efficient operations. This role calls for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in HVAC or sheet metal-based manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire production function across multiple product lines (Impellers & Housing for packaged units/ Fans for Air Hanlding Units/ Ventilation Fans)
• Develop and execute production plans to meet business growth targets.
• Implement Lean manufacturing practices and process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and ISO requirements.
• Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, and sales teams to align production with market demand.
• Monitor key metrics: productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), rejection rates, and on-time delivery.
• Plan and manage capacity expansion, automation, and technology upgrades as the company scales.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 7–12 years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in HVAC / sheet metal / precision manufacturing.
