Role Description

As the Head of Procurement at Mahathi Infra Services, you will lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, evaluation, and management; negotiate contracts with vendors; and oversee purchasing processes. You will ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services while optimizing costs to support the organization's operational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring a collaborative and strategic mindset to drive efficiency and value in procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Supplier Management, including building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and the ability to assess supplier performance and capability.
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Experience in Purchasing and Procurement processes to effectively manage material and service acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and data analysis tools.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
