About Our Client

The Role:

• Lead daily operations across 30+ (scaling to 100+) hostel units.

• Build and scale processes for quality, consistency, and efficiency.

• Drive service excellence through tech, training, and SOP innovation.

• Manage operational P&Ls, KPIs, cost controls, and efficiency metrics.

• Set up analytical tools, dashboards, and review systems at scale.

• Lead and develop a distributed team of frontline and mid-level managers.

• Champion guest experience through strong experiential service design.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align ops with growth and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8-10+ years of experience in operations, preferably in hospitality, experiential retail, or QSR

• At least 3-4 years leading ops in a fast-scaling growth startup

• Strong analytical and process-driven mindset (not just grit!)

• Experience managing distributed small units across geographies at scale

• Hands-on with tech, tools, dashboards, and operational systems

• High ownership, sharp thinking, and bias for action

• Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills

Experience in experiential categories (experiential retail, experiential QSR, hospitality)
