Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee and optimize all operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring quality, streamlining processes, and aligning operations with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

oDevelop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

oLead long-term planning for capacity, systems, and processes.

Process Optimization

oAnalyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and introduce efficiency measures.

oImplement SOPs and KPIs to measure and improve performance across departments.

Team Leadership & Management

oBuild and lead cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, procurement, and administration.

oSet clear performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Budget & Resource Management

oPrepare and manage budgets for operational departments.

oMonitor cost-effectiveness, negotiate with vendors, and ensure optimal use of resources.

Compliance & Risk Management

oEnsure all operational activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

oImplement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.

Stakeholder Communication

oAct as the bridge between top management and operational teams.

oCollaborate with finance, HR, sales, and product teams to ensure operational alignment.

Technology & Automation

oLeverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.

oOversee implementation of ERP/CRM or other relevant tools and platforms.

Key Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

•8–15 years of experience in operations or business management roles, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position. Operations Management in Education industry is preferred.

•Proven experience in process improvement, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

•Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

•Experience with ERP, CRM, or operations software is a plus.
