Head of Operations


Key Responsibilities


Operational Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day operations across arenas, academies, and events.
  • Build and enforce

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor P&L of each venue and drive efficiency without compromising experience.
  • Implement tech systems for bookings, reporting, and customer management.

Customer Experience & Quality

  • Champion Rush’s core value by ensuring top-class customer experiences.
  • Maintain facility readiness (cleanliness, safety, equipment standards).
  • Set up systems for customer feedback and rapid issue resolution.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor center managers, operations executives, and ground staff.
  • Build a culture of grooming, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Drive training programs to align every staff member with Rush values.

Growth & Expansion

  • Support

    new venue launches

    with staffing, systems, and processes.
  • Optimize arena utilization via programs, leagues, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with Events and Academy verticals for seamless execution.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance across venues.
  • Build risk management systems for crowd control, emergencies, and escalations.
  • Safeguard assets and enforce company policies.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of proven experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or sports facility management.
  • Strong leadership ability to manage large, multi-location teams.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passion for sports and a customer-first mindset.
