Hiring for the Head of Operations role with an industry machinery manufacturing company.

Experience: 15+ yrs

Location: Bangalore

• You will be responsible for factory administrative operations including productions, procurement & vendor development, post sales & service activities ensuring on-time delivery.

• Analysing the manpower requirement and their training to keep them motivated.

• Cost cutting analysis (reducing cost) and also Responsible for escalating productivity by increasing the efficiency of all the concerned department.

• Research and Development of new products & laboratory equipment’s.

• Upgrade the existing infrastructure to obtain ‘U’ stamp for manufacturing facilities.

• Quality Improvement to be done continuously by setting up new bench marks to meet international standards.

• After sales support to customers by reviewing feedbacks, analyse defect (if any) and swiftly come up with solutions.
