Job Description

Head of Marketing & Sales

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies

    to drive significant revenue growth and increase market share for

    masterbatches, chemicals, and polymers

    .
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities

    in both domestic and international markets, creating tailored strategies for each region.

Market Expansion

  • Lead market research initiatives

    to identify emerging trends, understand evolving customer needs, and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships

    with key stakeholders, distributors, and customers in targeted regions.

Team Management

  • Oversee and mentor the sales and marketing teams

    , ensuring their efforts are fully aligned with organizational goals.
  • Set clear performance metrics

    and provide regular feedback to drive team productivity and success.

Operational Excellence

  • Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems

    to streamline sales and marketing operations, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, meticulous budgeting, and precise reporting

    of sales performance to inform strategic decisions.

Product Expertise and Customer Engagement

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of polymers, chemicals, and masterbatches

    to offer valuable technical insights and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Represent the company professionally

    at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to significantly enhance brand visibility.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

    Graduate / Post-Graduate (B.Sc.,/M.Sc./M.Tech.) in

    Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is mandatory

    . An MBA or PGDM is an added advantage.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    17-24 years of experience in sales and marketing

    within the

    chemicals, masterbatches, or polymers industry

    .
  • Proven track record of success in managing both

    domestic and international markets

    .
