Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, creative vision, and analytical skills to lead a team and ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Plan and oversee campaigns for both digital and traditional channels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage the company’s branding, communications, and public relations.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and present reports to management.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of proven experience in senior marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
