Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will lead marketing campaigns and be a founding member of our dynamic team, driving growth and brand awareness in the recruitment industry.

• Lead and manage marketing campaigns to promote Bluphlux's innovative recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Develop and implement marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of Bluphlux's AI-driven recruitment technology.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, including digital, print, and social media.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Experience with AI-driven technologies and their application in marketing.
