Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Maintenance located in Chennai. The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, managing maintenance and repair activities, supervising and leading the maintenance team, and ensuring effective maintenance management. The daily tasks involve planning maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & RepairExperience in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance practicesProven Team Management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesExperience in the automotive or tyre industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
