ROLE OBJECTIVE

To ensure maximum uptime, reliability, safety, and lifecycle health of all manufacturing equipment—especially molding, injection machines, mixing, Chemlok bonding, and phosphating lines—through robust preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Molding & Injection Machines (Core Responsibility)

2. Mixing Operations (Internal Compounding)

3. Chemlok / Bonding Operations

4. Phosphating & Surface Treatment Lines

5. Utilities & Plant Infrastructure

6. Breakdown, Reliability & KPI Ownership

7. Preventive, Predictive & Spares Management

8. Projects, New Machines, Expansion and Audits
