Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Head of Maintenance. In this role, you will oversee maintenance operations, including scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery and equipment. You will lead a team, assign tasks, and manage priorities to meet operational objectives efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing repairs, addressing equipment issues promptly, and implementing strategies for effective maintenance management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong skills in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance
• Proficiency in Team Management and leading diverse maintenance teams
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
