FLOW WRAP OPERATORS

As a Flow Wrap Machine Operator in the Food Processing Noodles Manufacturing industry at Kumbalagodu, Bangalore, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flow wrapping machines to pack noodles into sealed pouches or packets. Your role involves ensuring efficient packaging operations while upholding food safety, product quality, and equipment standards. Your key responsibilities will include setting up and operating flow wrap machines according to production schedules, loading packaging materials and noodle packs onto the machine, adjusting machine settings for product type and specifications, monitoring machine performance and output, checking packaging quality, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and food safety protocols. Additionally, you will be required to perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on the machine, identify and resolve mechanical issues or escalate them to maintenance staff, maintain accurate production records, report any deviations to the shift supervisor, follow compliance with safety and hygiene standards, wear appropriate PPE, and keep the work area clean and organized. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10th pass qualification with ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical being a plus, 1-3 years of experience operating flow wrap machines in a food manufacturing setting, basic mechanical knowledge of packaging machinery, the ability to read and follow SOPs and production schedules, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset. The work environment will be a fast-paced, temperature-controlled food production facility where you may need to stand for long periods, operate machinery in rotating shifts, and handle lifting and moving materials up to 25 kg.,
