Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Head, based in Chennai. The Service Head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage service delivery, lead teams, and handle budgeting. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient service operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Team Leadership and Service Delivery
• Skills in Budgeting and Operations Management
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Service Management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the tyre or automobile industry is a plus
