Head of Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Manage relationships with private equity partners, institutional investors, and prospective stakeholders.
• Drive the company’s IPO readiness, liaising with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
• Represent the company to financial analysts, investment banks, and investor communities.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, and roadshow materials.
• Provide insights to the leadership team on investor perceptions and market trends.
• Ensure transparent, timely, and compliant financial communication to all stakeholders.
• Organize and lead investor meetings, analyst calls, and shareholder events.

Candidate Profile:

• 10–20 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates from the

  Food & Beverage

  or

  consumer sector

  .
• Proven experience in

  private equity management

  ,

  fundraising

  , and

  IPO processes

  .
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and investor communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with CXOs and board-level executives.
