Mandate open for an Investor Relations Head with a leading Developer Firm!!
Location: Mumbai, India

Qualification: CFA Charter (mandatory)
12–18 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, PE/VC, or real estate investment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations (IR) and investor communications strategy
- Plan and manage earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings.
- Collaborate with finance, project, and strategy teams to assimilate and prepare data, forecasts and reports
- Build relationships with domestic and international investors, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
