In-depth understanding and working principles of Equity Fund raising. Understanding of stake sales process and having enough experience to put in practice. In-depth understanding of IPO processes, their regulatory bodies, and all challenges faced while going for one. Lead and coordinate end-to-end IPO process, including planning, execution, and post-IPO transition. Prepare and review IPO-related documentation, including S-1 filings, prospectuses, and investor materials. Develop and manage IPO project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Strong fundamentals and working principles of Stock Exchange bodies. for example: BSE, NSE, NYSE, NASDAQ Thorough understanding of all the regulatory bodies. For example: SEBI and SEC Partner with internal stakeholders (CFO, legal counsel, investor relations, accounting, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, auditors, legal firms, etc.). Ensure all regulatory filings and disclosure requirements are met in compliance with SEC (or relevant market) regulations. Support due diligence efforts and manage data room organization. Assist with valuation analysis, roadshow preparation, and investor presentations. Support the transition to public company reporting and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, internal controls, quarterly reporting). Monitor market conditions and advise on optimal IPO timing and structure.
