Head of Internal Audit

We are seeking an experienced and qualified General Manager - Internal Audit to lead our internal audit function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement internal audit strategies, plans, and procedures

- Conduct audits of financial and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement

- Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes

- Provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management

- Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations

- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification mandatory

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, risk management, and governance

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to lead and manage a team of auditors
