This position leads both the instructional technology and curriculum teams, ensuring projects are managed effectively, technologies are leveraged optimally, and learning outcomes align with institutional goals. The ideal candidate will combine curriculum leadership, technical proficiency, and innovation to shape the future of scalable, impactful digital education. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development & Project Oversight Lead the curriculum team using PMO tools (e.g., Monday.com) to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of course creationfrom planning and design to approval and deployment. Implement and monitor SOPs, quality assurance processes, and content templates. Collaborate with Curriculum Designers, SMEs, and Academic Leadership to align learning materials with institutional standards. Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through feedback and analytics; drive continuous improvement. Instructional Technology Management Oversee the integration and performance of platforms such as Canvas LMS, Articulate Storyline, SCORM Cloud, and Monday.com. Lead the design of interactive, immersive eLearning experiences with tools and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Google Apps Script). Manage technical workflows for course launches, ensuring quality, compliance, and readiness. Act as the escalation point for LMS technical issues and manage ticket coordination across departments. Innovation & Research Research and prototype emerging tools and pedagogical approaches to enhance learner engagement. Guide institutional strategies in digital transformation, modular course design, and scalable delivery. Maintain academic repositories and lead documentation initiatives on instructional design best practices. Develop custom surveys and data dashboards for performance tracking and impact measurement. Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Deans, Academic Heads, and external stakeholders to ensure curriculum initiatives support academic vision. Represent the institution in educational and professional forums to highlight digital learning innovation. Oversee internal and external team performance, ensuring high-quality execution and service delivery. Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, quality-assured eLearning solutions. Team Development & Knowledge Management Lead recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of curriculum and technology teams. Conduct workshops and internal training to promote cross-functional digital capability. Maintain process documentation, onboarding toolkits, and knowledge transfer systems. Key Tools & Technologies Learning & Project Management: Canvas LMS, Monday.com Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM Automation & Integration: Zapier, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets Survey & Feedback: Google Forms, Canvas-integrated tools Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in curriculum design and instructional technology, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in using LMS platforms, authoring tools, and project management software. Strong understanding of adult learning theory, digital pedagogy, and instructional design best practices. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and high-stakes academic projects.
