Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead overall P&L ownership
Integrate Product Engineering with Business Goals
Drive Value Engineering & NPI (New Product Introduction)
Provide strategic oversight
Drive customer engagement and key account management
Enhance operational efficiency

Preferred candidate profile:

18+ years

Proven P&L leadership experience
Strong understanding of
Product Engineering processes (
design, validation, value engineering, BOM optimization, NPI cycles) and ability to integrate engineering insights into business decisions.
Capability to engage credibly with OEMs ( non Automotive) technical and procurement teams, balancing cost, quality, and innovation.
Demonstrated ability to align engineering, operations, quality, procurement, and sales functions toward common profitability goals.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred); MBA is desirable.
