Key Responsibilities • End-to-end P&L ownership of the business unit • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution • Strengthen GP and CP coverage models • Launch / scale new products in Gynaecology & Respiratory therapies Required Candidate profile • 18–25 yrs of exp in Pharma • 5–7 yrs in a senior leadership role (BU Head / AVP / VP) • Exp managing large field forces (400+ MRs) • Strong exposure to Gynaecology and/or Respiratory therapies
Full P&L responsibility for Pediatric & Diabetes business Develop strategies for chronic therapy market expansion Drive prescription growth with pediatricians, endocrinologists, GPs & CPs Strengthen brand positioning in chronic and pediatric segments Required Candidate profile 18–25 yrs of pharma industry exp Strong exposure to Pediatrics and/or Diabetes / Endocrinology Experience in building or scaling chronic therapy businesses Proven leadership of large sales teams
