Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Institutional Sales, located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Institutional Sales will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s institutional client base. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, and overseeing investment opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and company objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales strategies Experience with Institutional Investments and understanding of Investment strategies Strong financial acumen and knowledge of Finance Proven track record in managing and growing client relationships Excellent negotiation and communication skills Leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the luxury goods or mattress industry is a plus Show more Show less
