Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead corporate and institutional sales, including CSD, INS, bulk gifting, and reward redemption programs (both in India & Internationally).

* Manage and motivate the Regional teams; report directly to the National Sales Head.

* Collaborate with design & production teams to create customized products and ensure on-time delivery.

* Build strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, and channel partners.

* Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team.


Hiring Profile:

* Master’s degree with 5–20 years of experience in corporate/institutional sales or business development.

* Strong retail industry network and proven business development capabilities.

* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.

* Passion for premium products and brand-building.
