We are seeking a results-driven HR leader to drive people strategies as we scale from 100 to 200 employees. The ideal candidate will bring a credible track record of supporting rapid growth, building scalable HR policies, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute hiring strategies to support 2x growth. Build a scalable high-performance culture. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters. Ensure HR compliance and leverage data-driven decision-making. Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team. Skills & Qualifications: Proven expertise in scaling teams and building HR infrastructure. Strong track record in talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
