Proven experience hiring using Naukri and LinkedIn and other job boards for tech and non tech roles. Building strong relationships and recruiting from at least 10 campuses in the past with warm and solid connections to the recruiting officers. Experience in campus recruitment, managing recruitment drives at various campuses and securing top talent from universities. Being able to accurately interpret job requirements and filter candidates effectively. Effective at negotiation and prioritization. Being able to handle multiple hiring requests. Persuasive interactions with candidates and hiring managers. Effectively manage talent transition and assimilation during probation. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Proven experience and knowledge in campus recruitment activities and warm connections with recruiting officers of at least 10 well-known campuses. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is typically desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to effectively manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously. A results-oriented and proactive approach to meet recruitment goals and deadlines
